Carelon Global Solutions Philippines has further strengthened its presence in Western Visayas with the inauguration of a new site in Iloilo City, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to innovation, talent development, and regional growth.
With the addition of two more floors in SM Strata Tower 1, Carelon now operates five sites in Western Visayas, aligning with the region’s vision of becoming a preferred destination for global healthcare technology services under the healthcare information management services (HIMS) sector.
“This expansion marks the next phase in our growth with enhanced capabilities, increased capacity, and deeper investment in innovation and talent development in Western Visayas,” said Nicki Agcaoili, Chief Country Executive of Carelon Global Solutions Philippines.
The Iloilo expansion comes shortly after Carelon unveiled its Innovation Hub in Taguig last May, designed to spark creativity and collaboration among its associates.
From around 80 capabilities last year, Carelon’s services have now expanded to nearly 100, strategically deployed across its sites to promote business continuity and nurture local talent. The organization aims to reach 10,000 full-time employees this year, including its goal of 4,500 associates in Iloilo by the third quarter of 2025.
Carelon Global Solutions Philippines also has sites in Ortigas and Taguig in Metro Manila, reflecting its growing impact nationwide in delivering high-tech healthcare solutions.
