Nurses under Triple Win Project of Germany

The Federal Republic of Germany has opened additional job opportunities for Filipino nurses to
address its urgent need for healthcare professionals under the continued implementation of the
Triple Win Project.

Since 2013, there are 903 nurses deployed to Germany under the government-to-government
hiring scheme that provides streamlined application process and ensured protection of Filipino
nurses, as administered by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

This year, the International Placement Service of the German Federal Employment Agency
(ZAV/BA) needs qualified applicants to fill up 550 nurse vacancies for ICU, geriatric care and
general wards, medical and surgery wards, neurology, orthopedics, and psychiatry.

Qualified applicants must be Filipino citizen and permanent resident of the Philippines with
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Applicants must also possess an active Philippine Nursing
License with at least two years of professional experience as a nurse in hospitals, rehabilitation
centers, and other healthcare institutions.

Also, interested applicants must have German language proficiency and is willing to undergo
German language training paid by ZAV/BA, and must be able to attend the language classes in
April and May 2020 to achieve B1 or B2 Language Proficiency Level in accordance with
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Successful candidates shall have a starting monthly salary of €2,000 (Php110,000+, gross) and an increase to €2,400 (Php132,000+) after recognition as a qualified nurse.

The employer will pay the visa and airfare from the Philippines to Germany and will assist the
employee find suitable accommodation. The selected nurse will bear the expenses in full or in
part of the board and lodging.

Qualified applicants should first register online at www.poea.gov.ph or at
http://onlineservices.poea.gov.ph/OnlineServices/POEAOnline.aspx and personally submit the
following documents at the counters of Manpower Registry Division, Ground Floor, Blas F. Ople
Bldg. (formerly POEA Bldg.), Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.

For Registration, here are the documents: Cover letter and curriculum vitae with colored passport size picture; Nursing Diploma (notarized copy); Board Certificate and copy of license from the Professional Regulation Commission(PRC); Certificates of employment in related field (previous and current) (notarized copy); Attendance and/or level certificate for German language, if available; and Valid Passport copy (at least 6 months valid upon submission of application.

All documents must be fastened in a folder labeled with RSF No. 200001, Applicant’s Name,
Position Applied For, Country of Destination, PEOS Online Number and E-Registration Number.
Also, all applicants are required to present their original documents for authentication of written
information before forwarding the resume to the employer.

Deadline of submission of applications from POEA Regional Offices is on February 26, 2020
and on March 2, 2020 for the applicants from the Central Office (POEA – Ortigas).
