Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Ilonggo artists find a way to help the community as well as find means to share and make a meaningful depiction of the present situation.
Advocating art for all, SM City Iloilo hosts 120 Ilonggo artists to open the biggest art sale in this part of the region July 25, 2020 at the Northpoint.
In partnership with the Catholic Women’s League (CWL) of San Jose de Placer Parish Chapter and Museo Iloilo, this year’s exhibit aims to bring hope through art as well as support the Iloilo arts community and anti-COVID-19 frontliners.
Launched in SM City Iloilo years back, the Iloilo Art Sale is an occasion when the public and art aficionados can avail of art pieces at a very reasonable price.
The event is a rare opportunity that artists somehow give back to the community by making available their works to the public and to art patrons who have been supporting their art.
All art pieces are at 8.5 x 13 inches in size for P5,000 each. Those interested can shop for in the comforts of their homes. The art sale, which gathers both veteran and upcoming artists will be at the venue until August 7.
