Technology for Education to gain Employment, train Entrepreneurs towards Economic Development (Tech4ED) will be pilot tested in Iloilo following the signing of the memorandum of agreement between the Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Provincial Government of Iloilo and Schools Division of Iloilo of the Department of Education (DepEd) on Tuesday.
