Athena Nursing Care Training Center introduces its 2-Year Nursing Assistant Program, a structured competency-based education program designed to build foundational knowledge, skills, and professional values in healthcare practice.
The program covers key learning areas such as basic clinical care, elderly care, patient safety, infection prevention, healthcare communication, documentation, public health, cultural awareness, and professional ethics.
Through classroom instruction, skills laboratory activities, simulation-based learning, and supervised practicum, students are guided in developing essential competencies for safe, respectful, and compassionate patient care.

Training activities are conducted in skills laboratories, EU-modeled patient care simulation rooms, multimedia classrooms, and language laboratories.
The program emphasizes professional discipline, adherence to institutional protocols, respect for healthcare team roles, infection prevention standards, cultural sensitivity, and ethical conduct in care settings.
