Grand Canyon unveils state-of-the-art Mitsubishi showroom, service center

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines has opened a new Showroom and Service Center along Diversion Road, Brgy. Taft North in Mandurriao district on Thursday, February 8.

The launching of state-of-the-art showroom and service center under Grand Canyon Multi Holdings Inc. was graced by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Takeshi Hara, Vice Mayor Jeffrey Ganzon, Councilor Rommel Duron, former Councilor Jay Trenas representing the City Mayor, business leaders, bank representatives, and other public and private sector partners.

Mr. Jan Andrew Po, President of Grand Canyon, said that the new showroom is “testament to our commitment for excellence in automotive industry.”

“At Mitsubishi Grand Canyon Iloilo, we believe in prioritizing customer experience above all,” Po added.

Hara thanked the Po family of Grand Canyon Iloilo for their commitment in promoting Mitsubishi. He also emphasized the customer satisfaction and innovation that brand strives for.

In addition to the new Mitsubishi Triton SUV, Hara revealed that the company will be launching two more vehicle models this year and invited the guests to accept Mitsubishi and Grand Canyon as their partners.

The state of the art showroom can house up to 15 display units at the ground floor, giving customers view of the complete model lineup. In the second floor, there’s a Ralli-Art Lounge where guests can explore Mitsubishi Motors racing history legacy, performance models, and highlight future models.

There are three waiting lounges for customers availing the services. A fully air conditioned lounge was also installed for families, with full service cafe, free WiFi, kiddie corner, 75-inch TV with wholesome content, laptop are where customers can work while waiting.

After-Sales lounge is great for sports fans as it has 75-inch TV showing latest sporting games.

Po highlighted that the service center has four Quick Service Bays that shortens customers waiting time as it has two assigned technicians.
This one of the few dealerships in the country with as many quick service bays, he added.

“As we embark on this journey, we look forward to serving our community with the highest standards of service integrity and the passion for driving excellence,” Po concluded.
