Residents of Parc Regency Residences officially opened Parc Familia Fiesta 2026 on Saturday, July 4, kicking off a two-week celebration centered on the theme, “One Parc. One Family. One Fiesta.”
Now in its latest edition, the fiesta marks a milestone as a homeowner-led celebration organized by the Parc Regency Homeowners Association Inc. (PRHOAI) with the support of Profriends. The event highlights how residents have taken an active role in building a stronger, more connected community through shared traditions and meaningful activities.
Leading the opening ceremony was PRHOAI President Atty. Tracy Orquia, who underscored that while Parc Regency provides families with a place to live, it is the people who transform it into a true home.
“What transforms a subdivision into a home are the people who choose to know one another, support each other, and create memories together. That is what celebration is all about,” Orquia said.
She added that over the next two weeks, the community will become more than just a residential neighborhood.
“It will become a place where children discover new experiences, families spend meaningful time together, neighbors become familiar faces, and friendships form across generations. These moments may seem ordinary, but they are the very moments that shape a community’s identity.”
Joining the celebration were Profriends President Kathleen Choa, Pavia Mayor Luigi Gorriceta, Vice Mayor Edsel Gerochi, Sangguniang Bayan Member Leonardo Belasa, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and other guests.
In his message, Mayor Gorriceta emphasized the importance of unity, cooperation, and active community participation in building a stronger and more vibrant neighborhood. He also encouraged homeowners from other phases of Parc Regency to unite under a single homeowners association to strengthen collaboration and community development.
“I encourage those from other phases nga magjoin nalang kamo and to have one consolidated homeowners association diri sa aton subdivision so that it would be easier for us to coordinate our plans and programs nga makabenefit gid sa aton diri sa Parc Regency,” the mayor said.
Adding significance to this year’s celebration, the Sangguniang Bayan of Pavia has institutionalized the observance of the Parc Familia Fiesta through a municipal resolution, recognizing it as an annual celebration to be held every third Saturday of July. The measure acknowledges the fiesta’s role in promoting community solidarity, family values, and social cohesion among residents.

The festivities opened with a colorful parade featuring homeowners, families, and participating groups, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the subdivision.
The program continued with the presentation of the Parc Familia Fiesta Queen and her Royal Court, followed by the introduction of teams competing in the basketball tournament. A ceremonial jump ball formally signaled the start of one of the fiesta’s most anticipated sporting events.
Residents also enjoyed the opening of the Perya sa Fiesta and Night Market, where families gathered to experience carnival games, food stalls, and products from local vendors.
Running until July 18, Parc Familia Fiesta 2026 offers a diverse lineup of activities for residents of all ages, including basketball and pickleball tournaments, an acoustic battle, a Mobile Legends competition, Starlight Sessions featuring Binhi Band, a Thanksgiving Mass, Bingo Socials, the Parc Regency Fiesta Queen Coronation Night, and the grand finale, “A Night of Unity and Purpose.”
More than a community celebration, Parc Familia Fiesta 2026 reflects the growing sense of belonging among residents of Parc Regency. With homeowners taking the lead and Profriends providing support, the event showcases how collaboration and shared purpose can foster a vibrant and thriving neighborhood.
As this year’s theme declares: One Parc. One Family. One Fiesta.
