A premier hotel will rise at the center of coastal town of Estancia, Iloilo which will serve as gateway to beautiful Gigantes and Sicogon Islands.
Estancia Ocean View Hotel, to be managed by First Islands Corporation formed by the children of town natives Capt. Rogelio Arañador, Sr. and Elvigia Jutare Arañador, will be launched in April 2018 to celebrate the 100 years founding of Estancia, Iloilo.
The proposed green building is an 11-storey, 64-room hotel with commercial complex to serve the locals and tourists. It will support the robust growth of tourism in the area. It’s vision is to develop green hospitality infrastructure and services without intrusion to the islands preserving them as virgin and devoid of man made structures by building in the mainland than in the islands.
It shall pioneer sustainable tourism development in the municipality.

Designed and conceptualized by PJ Arañador, the 9th child of the family, the hotel will link up with its proposed development of Villa Elvigia, in honor of the maternal parent, an eco-lodge at the family property at Little Baguio in Estancia which is also over looking the Estancia Bay and is near the Ayala Development in Estancia Iloilo.
The Estancia Ocean View Hotel design will feature a classical Spanish-Mediterranean architecture to reflect the Spanish heritage of the municipality, which was discovered by a Spanish ranchero named Rodrigo. The interior will reflect the tropical resort ambience of the Philippines using contemporary design in bamboo, cane, wood and concrete. It will be a green building.

The ground floor will have 24 hours convenience store and tourist services including shops. The second floor will showcase a hotel lobby viewing the ocean and a restaurant. The 3rd floor to 8th floor will be the hotel rooms.
Th 9th floor will a well appointed Presidential Suite in honor of Gen Roosevelt, an American General, who named Estancia the Little Alaska of the Philippines. when he visited the shores of the town. The 10th floor shall hold the all glass walled grand ballroom overlooking the ocean.
Estancia Ocean View Hotel will have a breathtaking view of Sicogon Island and Estancia Bay at its roof top with infinity pool, spa and gym, membership clubhouse viewing deck, shell & dried fish museum. Basement parking will be part of the amenities.

The many offerings of the hotel will include the family brands such as Punot and Wawa in food, Nautilus in resort lifestyle shopping in souvenirs, living and fashion including swimwear and active wear, Nautiluspa in wellness.
