The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is inviting all registered corporations to join the Commission’s free webinar entitled SECuring the Philippine Capital Market and Business Sector, a webinar series under the SEC Communication, Advocacy and Network Initiative 2020, at 1:00PM on Wednesday, 12 August 2020.
The webinar series will open with an introduction to the Securities and Exchange Commission, its mandate and functions, and a discussion on the salient provisions of the Revised Corporation Code, which govern the creation and operation of corporations in the Philippines.
